Who you're dealing with
This site is operated by BALLOT Corporation, 2810 North Church Street, No. 253903, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Reach us at hello@herbie.build. Using the site means accepting these terms.
What this site is
It describes a product being built. The screens, the prices, the episode counts, the pilots and the datasets shown are examples of how herbie is planned to work, marked as examples where they appear. They are not offers, not availability, and not a commitment to any feature, price or date. What ships may differ, and parts of it may never ship.
Joining the waitlist gets you an email when early access opens. It doesn't buy anything, reserve anything, or create an account.
Using the site
You may read the site, and share links to it. Don't try to break it: no attacking it or its waitlist endpoint, no automated bulk submissions, no scraping it into another service, and nothing unlawful.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, 3D scenes, renders and code of this site belong to BALLOT Corporation, except where something belongs to someone else. Other companies' names and logos — the simulators, headsets and data formats named on the site — belong to those companies and appear only to say what herbie works with or plans to support; their owners don't endorse herbie. The details are in the footer.
You get a personal, revocable licence to view the site. Republishing its content as your own, or using it to train models for resale, isn't part of that.
What we don't promise
The site is provided as it is. We don't promise it will be available without interruption, that everything on it is accurate or current, or that it fits any particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from using this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law — and if you're a consumer, your statutory rights at home are untouched by these terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts there are the ones we'd use. If you're a consumer somewhere else, you keep the mandatory protections and the courts of the country you live in.
Changes
These terms change as the product does; the date at the top says when they last did. Carrying on using the site after a change means accepting the new version.
